3. How We Use Your Data

- Operate, maintain, and improve the KAX Platform
- Verify your identity and conduct KYC/KYB compliance checks
- Facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers
- Meet our legal obligations under ITAR, EAR, and applicable export control regulations
- Send platform notifications and listing status updates
- Analyse usage patterns to improve Platform functionality

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data with:
- Compliance partners: third-party KYC/AML verification services

- Transaction counterparties: limited contact information shared only as necessary to facilitate a completed transaction

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. For compliance purposes (ITAR/EAR), transaction records may be retained for up to 10 years as required by US export control law. You may request deletion of non-compliance-related data at any time.
